Berkshire Hair Removal is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.
Our policy is that clients must contact me via email or phone with at least 24 hours notice if they need to change or cancel an appointment. Clients who do not give ample notice or do not show up to an appointment will be assessed a fee.
The Cancellation and No Show fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full at your next appointment.

- If you change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show, the full value of the appointment fee will be charged;
